To me one plus 7t Pro, 8 Pro has just as good of a display as the S21 ultra, or even slightly better and the software experience, too me is better from the one ➕. I just gave up my 7t Pro for the S21 ultra and I wonder if I made a mistake....

Tbh i really think they shouldve kept the sd card slot cause i used it often for content creation and just a bunch more extra storage where speed didnt matter that much

This will be the first year since s9+ that I won't be upgrading because it's not an upgrade.. no ToF sensor and no WQHD+ on the s21+... in addition to no SD card slot is just too much to give up. My s20+ is a much better device.

I did get the iphone 12 pro.. Apple is starting to listen to people and give more of what we want in an OS. I love that phone.. its just missing split screen multitasking. I don't use and don't care about 120 refresh rate.. I don't notice the difference anyway.. if it's there it's so small.. but I do notice the difference between fhd+ and wqhd+

I don't like it.. samsung is going to lose a fan to apple if they keep on. Why are they turning their base flagships into midrange devices.. I don't appreciate it. They're cutting too much away from s21 and s21+.. I have s20+ and the s21+ feels like a downgrade. So the only way to get an upgrade is to go for the biggest device which I was hoping to stick with the same size as my s20+..

This was a great review on the comparison of all three phones I am leaning more towards the 21 plus or ultra decisions!! Decisions!! The only bad take aways for me are there is no SD card then they take away the charge and headphones which were complementary like really !! Samsung then no stylus pen either really all that money for a phone and take all those things away No Thank you! At least add those things back instead of a customer having to pay extra money for those things you paying for it with the cost of the device in my opinion

The use of an SD card is what differentiates from an amateur user to a professional one. With SD the workflow is much more fluid, and in any type of situation and connection.

@supersaf why don't you make a samsung s21ultra vs samsung s10 12gb ram+ 1tb rom + 1tb microsd, which will blow any s21.The s21 ultra will never have 1/4 of that storage, lack of internal storage is the first reason to change phone for real world ppl, now with 4k and even 8k 512gb is real small. I don't need to involve any computer or cloud to dump videos as long as i have an s9p or s10. Samsung continues to have cicles of good and bad devices and now is in the bad cicle, like the s8 or the s6 which were crap. But the fad of removing the sd is a step backwards very frightening in all phones.

They should make an option to get a charger for free, I get it: so many people have compatible chargers but what about people who don't or theirs has broken. Them not doing that is purely a cash grab-no customer care whatsoever.

I'm glad they lost the ear bud thing. And everyone has a brick charger and they are making the price more affordable. Its a great thing. I bitched about it it for years so they took notice. And gave me 600 on my note 9. That would get you 300 tops on open market. Dropped my payments to 20 a month. No brainer there. I don't even use the pen.

I traded in my note 9 for the plus. Its fast as hell but why are they so similar in size?? Its .3 larger but still only 6.5 by my tape

Strange format for a review where the specs sheets are read for 15 minutes. How do the displays look when placed beside each other? How do cameras compare for typical use cases? Does Ultra feel much faster than the other in day-to-day use?

I think I prefer the s21 cos of the size and also the flat screen is the most important now the screen protector can sit right on top of the screen without needing UV liquid which was frustrating in the previous s10 and s20

I don't like that the Ultra's don't come in more colors. I suppose it's not a huge deal since I do keep my phone in a case, but I would definitely choose one of the more fun colors given the option.

Can the s21 cast to tv without using Chromecast or a router, i.e. just using WiFi data? I don't have a router, just use my unlimited data on T-Mobile. I'm cheap, just use my data for internet.

Unfortunately, Samsung is currently out of wireless chargers both duo and single. You think with a new release they would at least be prepared that the public would want the accessories.
I should have the phones within 2 to 5 days so we'll see how well they are in transferring info and such 😁👌

You forgot something. The S21+ get two color options more and the S21 Ultra get three color options more if you order by Samsung's online store.
This colors are Phantom Gold (similar color as the golden frame) and Phantom Red for the S21+ (both options have a golden metal frame) and Phantom Titan (bright shiny gray like polished titanium), Phantom Navy (non-matt navy blue/ blue-grey) and Phantom Brown (like polished copper(II)-chlorid), all three options have a carbon like black camera frame design what looks so much cooler as the normal camera frames.

Coming from an s7 the s21 ultra is big and heavy. Don't want to exchange for s21 and lose features but it's kind of tiring ti hold considering I usually watch youtube with one hand.
How is samsung with returns on used products. I just got it 1 day ago. I also got $250 pre-order credit and if I returned the phone I'd probably lose all that? Or maybe I could just exchange the phone and keep the accessories I got with the credit. Idk
I really love everything about the phone I just don't know how I'll feel with such a heavy device. Not sure if I'll get used to the weight, do you guys have any experience with all this?
